C\u00edlem bylo sn\u00ed\u017eit objem investic, ale nekompromitovat provoz a rozvoj firmy. Jednotliv\u00e9 po\u017eadavky jsme analyzovali, navrhovali alternativn\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed nebo porovn\u00e1vali s dlouhodob\u011b v\u00fdhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi strategick\u00fdmi rozhodnut\u00edmi. Pomohli jsme p\u0159ipravit technickou sekci smlouvy o p\u0159evzet\u00ed a je\u0161t\u011b p\u0159ed jej\u00edm podpisem jsme do firmy nastoupili jako z\u00e1stupci nov\u00e9ho majitele. Pro na\u0161e vyj\u00e1d\u0159en\u00ed jsme prostudovali podklady k p\u016fvodn\u00ed anal\u00fdze, ud\u011blali si zrychlen\u00fd propo\u010det a upozornili na n\u011bkter\u00e9 nedostatky a rizika.<\/p><p><strong>&#8211; Samostatn\u00e9 hodnocen\u00ed v\u00fdrobn\u00edch slo\u017eek ve spole\u010dnosti<\/strong><\/p><p>Z\u00e1kazn\u00edk n\u00e1s po\u017e\u00e1dal o n\u00e1zor, jestli zachovat intern\u00ed v\u00fdrobn\u00ed slo\u017eky v souvislosti s nutnou obnovou vybaven\u00ed t\u011bchto slo\u017eek. Navrhli jsme princip intern\u00edho obchodn\u00edho modelu, kdy se v\u00fdrobn\u00ed slo\u017eka hodnot\u00ed na z\u00e1klad\u011b dosa\u017een\u00fdch ekonomick\u00fdch parametr\u016f a v podstat\u011b tak pr\u016fb\u011b\u017ene ospravedl\u0148uje nejen svoje investice, ale vykazuje sv\u016fj ekonomick\u00fd p\u0159\u00ednost pro celou firmu.<\/p><p><strong>&#8211; Rozd\u011blen\u00ed spole\u010dnosti &#8211; v\u00fdrobn\u00ed slo\u017eka vs obchodn\u00ed slo\u017eka<\/strong><\/p><p>S dlouhodob\u00fdm z\u00e1kazn\u00edkem jsme \u0159e\u0161ili rozvahu, jestli jeho spole\u010dnosti rozd\u011blit na obchodn\u00ed a v\u00fdrobn\u00ed spole\u010dnosti, nebo zachovat v jedn\u00e9 firm\u011b a p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b prov\u00e9st n\u011bjak\u00e9 organiza\u010dn\u00ed zm\u011bny. Pom\u00e1hali jsme zformulovat podklady pro finan\u010dn\u00ed anal\u00fdzy a modelovat mo\u017en\u00e9 sc\u00e9n\u00e1\u0159e. Anal\u00fdza uk\u00e1zala v\u00fdhody ale i dosud neobjeven\u00e9 nev\u00fdhody rozd\u011blen\u00ed a p\u0159isp\u011bla tak k rozhodnut\u00ed.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 Tento projekt byl nejd\u0159\u00edve dod\u00e1n jako radiov\u00fd pl\u00e1n s pilotn\u00edm projektem a pozd\u011bji se roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159il na plnohodnotnou s\u00ed\u0165 stanic slou\u017e\u00edc\u00edch zadavateli pro jeho telekomunika\u010dn\u00ed pot\u0159eby. V r\u00e1mci tohoto projektu jsme dod\u00e1vali radiov\u00e9 pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed, konzultace p\u0159i v\u00fdb\u011bru technologie, n\u00e1vrh a \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed datov\u00e9 konektivity, akvizici, projekci, v\u00fdstavbu a projektov\u00e9 \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed.<\/p><p><strong>&#8211; P\u0159\u00edb\u011bh 3: \u00fa\u010dast na projektov\u00e9m \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed rekonstrukce datov\u00e9ho centra<\/strong><br \/>Pro na\u0161eho dlouhodob\u00e9ho z\u00e1kazn\u00edka jsme se pod\u00edleli na rekonstrukci datov\u00e9ho centra. Pod\u00edleli jsme se na \u010dasov\u00e9m, ekonomick\u00e9m a strategick\u00e9m pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed harmonogramu n\u011bkolikalet\u00e9ho projektu. V\u0161echny pl\u00e1novan\u00e9 aktivity m\u011bly \u00fazkou souvislost se zachov\u00e1n\u00edm provozu, dodr\u017een\u00edm bezpe\u010dnosti datov\u00e9ho i hlasov\u00e9ho provozu, spr\u00e1vn\u00e9m strategick\u00e9m rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed pro budouc\u00ed mo\u017enosti expanze a n\u00e1vaznosti se z\u00e1kazn\u00edky a jejich provozy.<\/p><p><strong>P\u0159\u00edb\u011bh 2: Vyhled\u00e1n\u00ed zahrani\u010dn\u00edho partnera pro jedn\u00e1n\u00ed o dopln\u011bn\u00ed kapacity pro nedostatkovou kompetenci na trhu<\/strong><br \/>Pro nedostatek specifick\u00fdch kapacit na m\u00edstn\u00edm trhu jme byli po\u017e\u00e1d\u00e1ni o vyhled\u00e1n\u00ed mo\u017enosti dodavatele zahrani\u010dn\u00edho. Zprost\u0159edkovali jsme kontakt a osobn\u00ed jedn\u00e1n\u00ed s renomovan\u00fdm dodavatelem ze zahrani\u010d\u00ed.
